Gluten-Free Vegan Brownies
My search for perfect gluten-free brownies that are also vegan finally yielded great results!
These are made with chickpea flour (sneak some protein and fiber in my deserts) and banana to cut the amount of sugar.
If you are trying to stay away from sugar try substituting it with monk fruit or date paste.
These brownies are chewy, rich, moist and flavorful.
