Nicole C. Scott, Founder
Nicole is an advocate for social change in many different facets of human life. She was born in California and graduated from San Francisco State University in Cinema in 2003 who built a successful career as a Creative Digital Strategist. A polymath, Nicole has many different interests and skills she’s developed as an idealist, free-thinker, mother, artist, musician, writer and poet, and educator. She embraced vegetarianism in the 1990’s and transitioned to a 100% plant-based lifestyle in the mid 2000’s. Along the way, she learned a lot about diet and nutrition and began a dessert business, providing living foods plant-based desserts with Incredible Living Edibles, and is dedicated to provide useful information that will assist in both healing people and the planet.
Dr. Pyarvin Abbasova, MD.
Pyarvin was born in Russia and graduated from Siberian Medical School for psychiatry. She moved to the U.S. in 2005 as a vegetarian and transitioned to a vegan lifestyle while in America. She feels passionate about integrative medicine, a holistic approach to health, Hatha yoga, mindful living, and plant-based cooking. She has worked as psychiatrist, yoga teacher and Chef in different parts of the world. Currently, she is still teaching both yoga and plant-based cooking while raising two sons with her husband George. Her focus has shifted to helping families by sharing her knowledge, experience, recipes, and helpful tips to raise healthy children and support families with a plant-based lifestyle.
