This site was produced for those who are learning, or are passionate about healthy eating. So, whether or not you already eat plant-based foods, whether it’s vegan, raw or living food vegan, or plant-based and/or whole foods based cooking, this site provides information for all the different styles of plant based living.  This site offers many subjects related to health and wellness, including the science behind the foods you eat, how your body responds to plant based diets, gardening & permaculture tips, recipes, articles, recommended reading, products, videos, and everything/anything related to plant based living.

The site is run by Nicole C. Scott, who became a vegetarian in the 1990’s and transitioned to a vegan diet in the early 2000’s.
